Connect Midi Keyboard To Mac Ableton

Post by fixedup » Mon Nov 03, 2008 11:30 pm Hi people, I have a problem. Whenever I connect either my padkontrol or midi keyboard to my pc via usb I get a really loud buzzing whirring noise. I can not connect my keyboard to my mac when ever my i plug it in to my mac it does read or register and neither does my software Abelton Pro.
- The MIDI keyboard is compatible with bluetooth. Does anyone know how to connect my MIDI keyboard with bluetooth in Abelton Live 10? But I can't seem to get it connected to my Mac. I downloaded the Korg Bluetooth midi app and everything. View entire discussion (6 comments). Mac or Windows? Which version of Ableton?

Need help with setting up or other technical issues?
Most modern MIDI devices come with a USB link that passes the
MIDI signal to the USB socket of the computer. If a USB connection
is not available then a MIDI to USB adapter (See links below) can
be added to connect the standard MIDI sockets to the USB socket.
These are widely available from various manufacturers at varying
prices. The Mac usually recognises when a MIDI device is connected
